Problems of law enforcement in practical activity of internal affairs bodies in the Privolzhsky federal district

Aspects of the mass repressions typology in the context of their validity are considered in the article. In compliance with that rehabilitation mechanisms applied during different historic stages are analysed. Disadvantages and contradictions in the Law on political repressions victims' rehabilitation are considered; measures, leading to their elimination, are offered.
