Problems of enforcement in the court of appeal

The Constitution of the Russian Federation guarantees everyone judicial protection of his rights and freedoms, and the right to appeal in court of decisions and actions (or inaction) of bodies of state power, bodies of local self-government, public associations and officials; each convicted of a crime has the right to appeal the sentence to a higher court in the procedure established by Federal law.
