Problems of legal provision of state regulation of economy

The problems oflegal provision of stateeconomic regulationrelated to theregulatory activitiesof the state and determined by the economic entities are considered. The author givesthe ideathat government regulationof the economyshould be based on the economic and legalbasis.As a criterionfor evaluation of variousaspects ofimproving the state regulationof economy the use of the category of good economic management is suggested.
