Problems of legal regulation of anti-pollution of outer space

The article deals with the problems of legal regulation of space activities in terms of uncontrolled pollution of outer space. The author gives reasons for the relevance and importance of the problem of space debris. The article analyzes the current state and some norms of international law governing this issue, and suggests some ways to solve emerging problems. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that the norms of international space law need high-quality modernization and that this determines the state of security for persons who are both in outer space and on Earth.
