Problems of legal regulation of the activity of lawyers of the Kyrgyz Republic at the present time

The article is devoted to an overview of the existing problems in the activities of lawyers in the Kyrgyz Republic at the present time, including the study of the impact of the new state legislation on the work of lawyers, the prospects and dangers of advocacy in the future, as well as the challenges facing them in general, respect for fundamental rights and human freedom to receive qualified legal assistance.
