The issues of legal regulation and organization of law enforcement agencies' supervision over the execution of court judgment within the framework of part 2.1 of article 4.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation

The article considers the main legal and organizational issues of implementation of provisions of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation that allow law enforcement bodies to supervise the execution of additional obligations in the form of diagnostics, preventive actions, treatment and (or) medical and (or) social rehabilitation.
