Problems of legal regulation of appeal of judicial acts of the arbitral court in the appeal and cassation institution

In this work, such an urgent problem as the legal regulation of appealing against judicial acts of an arbitration court in the appeal and cassation instance was studied. The procedure for sending an appeal and cassation complaint to the relevant authorities was investigated, and the issue of the time frame for filing such a complaint was also raised. We have touched upon in detail some of the problems arising in the process of carrying out activities in the courts of appeal and cassation. The ways of solving the highlighted problems are proposed.
