The article examines the actual problems of paying alimony to children due to divorce between parents. Also, the established procedures for the payment (recovery) of alimony are considered: the performance by the parents of their obligations with regard to the child’s maintenance occurs either in fact (on a voluntary basis) or on the basis of a contract for the child’s maintenance (notarially), and forcibly, when the recovery of alimony is carried out by court decision.
