Problems of legal regulation counteraction and prevention of drug addiction

The article analyzes the phenomenon of drug addiction. On the basis of the legal analysis of drug addiction the complex approach to the organization of its legal prevention is offered. The article presents the author's conceptual view on primary drug prevention, special and procedural measures are considered, priorities of the state policy on prevention and counteraction to illicit drug trafficking are formulated.
