Problems of legal regulation of activities of self-employed people in Russian Federation

This article highlights problems of legal regulation of activities of self-employed people, due to the fact that the decision on legalization of self-employed persons and imposement of tax registration on them arose from the intention of the Government of Russian Federation to include self-employment in the legitimate economic system and to resolve issues tax authorities have with the sources of income that are not a subject to taxation.
