Problems of legal regulation of strategic planning in the city (on the example of Sevastopol)

The subject of this research is the basics of strategic planning in the region on the example of the city of Sevastopol. In order to understand how the state programming of socio-economic processes will develop, one should consider in detail their legal regulation, certain aspects of implementation, and the consistency of documents with each other. Their content should be formed in such a way that the performer does not have any questions about his work. As it turns out, there are problems in the most fundamental of things. The purpose of this article is to identify such problems and suggest ways to resolve them. Strategic indicators may not be fully implemented, and this is not as critical as the uncertainty in which you have to move towards their solution. The scientific task is to develop proposals for improving regulatory legal regulation in this area based on the study of the content of legal acts and the practice of their application. The novelty of this work lies in the fact that for the first time an attempt was made to combine political, economic and legal categories in order to develop a concrete result for the modernization of the organization of activities related to planning in the region.
