Problems of legal regulation of issues of private manned space flights: on the example of space tourism

The recent development of space activities has led to an increase in the number of players in the field, which until now remained behind the States. Along with these traditional players, new organizations are now developing. This article examines the modern role of private organizations in the field of the space industry. Successful examples of the implementation of projects in the field of space tourism by such organizations are demonstrated. Definitions of the term "space tourism" are given and the expediency of regulating the legal status of persons making space travel is shown.
