Problems of the legal status of anti-drug commissions in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the problems of the legal status of anti-drug commissions in the regions of the Russian Federation. The authors consider the problems of determining the species of anti-drug commissions as a state agency of the Russian Federation, and of monitoring the drug situation as a task that is unusual for anti-drug commissions and other problems.
