Problems of the legal regulation of categories of "intellectual property", intellectual property right" and "exclusive copyright" in the countries of the Еurasian Economic Union

Purpose: To consider the topical issues of the legal regulation of categories of «intellectual property», «intellectual property right», «exclusive copyright» in the EEU countries. Methodology: In this paper, systematic and structural approaches, as well as sociological, historical, comparative and statistical methods of work were applied. Results: In the paper, analysis of the legal regulation of categories «intellectual property», «intellectual property right», «exclusive copyright» in the EEU countries is carried out. Novelty/originality/value: This paper has a high scientific value as it is one of the first attempts to consider the topical issues of the legal regulation of categories of «intellectual property», «intellectual property right», «exclusive copyright» in the EEU countries. The theoretical provisions developed in this study can be used for the subsequent studying and consideration of issues and problems of the legal regulation of categories of «intellectual property», «copyright», «exclusive copyright» in the EEU countries. Therefore, the conducted research creates a powerful resource for a theoretical part of civil law.
