Problems of legal socialization of personality

The article is devoted to an actual topic, its relevance is due to the sharp and frequent changes in society, generating changes in the legal policy of the state. The key role in the article is given to the personality and the process of its legal adaptation. In the article such concepts as “personality”, “socialization”, “legal socialization” are disclosed and specified. This article attempts to study the process of legal adaptation of the individual to the legal norms and rules established in society, and also investigates the processes of desocialization and resocialization as concomitant factors of legal socialization. In the framework of the research, its subject, purpose, methods were determined, and the relevant conclusions were made. The purpose is defined as the study of problems caused in the process of legal socialization of the individual, and the subject of the study is the process of legal socialization itself. In the study of this topic, comparative-legal, concrete-sociological methods of cognition were used, which allowed us to obtain the most detailed information on the topic.
