Problems of the continuity of the combat experience of the moral education of the military service troops of the NKVD of the USSR in the troops of the national guard Russian Federation

The article examines the modern problems of moral education in the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, which, thanks to the skillful military and political leadership of the country and the true patriotism of the Soviet people, were successfully overcome during the Great Patriotic War in the troops of the NKVD of the USSR. Revealing the features and directions of moral education, the authors draw attention to the need for continuity of positive experience of moral education of troops, as well as the close relationship of moral education and legal culture. The problems of moral education in the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, according to the authors, can be solved using the positive experience of the past years, an example of which is the moral education in the war years of the servicemen of the NKVD of the USSR as the predecessors of the modern Regardie. The authors of the article note that thanks to moral education, a moral and psychological climate is formed in the team, which in turn creates conditions for more effective fulfillment of the tasks facing law enforcement agencies. The article also points to the close relationship between moral education and legal culture, since law basically contains moral (moral) categories.
