The challenges of restoration of municipal services in Novorossiysk in the period of 1943-1953

The article considers the challenges of restoration of Novorossiysk city during the period from 1943 to 1953. It is noted that the main attention was paid to the restoration of industrial facilities of republican and regional subordination, while the restoration of municipal services (hospitals, schools, houses) was carried out unsatisfactorily. The reason was the improper execution of their duties by the ministries and departments, as well as poor supervision over the city restoration progress and application of funds allocated for the reconstruction of the municipal facilities by the executive committee of Novorossiysk.
