Instruments of state support for lending to small and medium sized businesses under sanctions

During the period of instability of the socio-economic development of Russia, the state is interested in the emergence of innovative small and medium-sized businesses, whose activities will be aimed at implementing the import substitution policy and producing those goods whose production was stopped in Russia, or import was suspended. The possibilities of state support for lending to small and medium-sized businesses are already being used, but they are clearly not enough. In view of the foregoing, this article will consider innovative means of state support for lending to small and medium-sized businesses in the context of sanctions.
