Problems of the application of electronic evidence in the arbitration procedure

Within the framework of this article, the current problems are considered concerning the regulation of the position of electronic evidence in the modern arbitration process, their accounting, and their recognition as admissible. In addition, the concept of an electronic document as evidence is considered, the legal nature of an electronic document is analyzed. The problems of collecting and submitting electronic information to the court, the problem of the absence in the legislation of the Russian Federation of specific criteria for the reliability of data contained in an electronic document are also considered. Ways to overcome this problem are disclosed.
