Currently, ensuring road safety is the most problematic issue. The emerging problems in the field of application of measures to ensure production create legal features in this area and require their solution. This article is aimed at considering the problematic aspects of the application of measures to ensure the proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in the field of road safety, and the authors also propose ways to improve these problems.
