Issues in the sphere of the use of methods of shadow capital evaluation as tools of regional economy regulation

It is presented the conceptual framework of the shadow economy and described the methods of the shadow capital evaluation. It is also given the results of the usage of the special methods for evaluation of the shadow capital in the sphere of individual industry in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the proposals relating to the enhancement of the data base building for determination of the shadow capital dimension.
