Problems of applying the results of operational search activities in the process of proving criminal cases

The article deals with the actual problems of using the results of operational search activities in proving criminal cases. The analysis of legislation, law enforcement practice and opinions of process scientists on this issue is carried out. Particular attention is focused on the legalization of the results of operational search activities in the framework of procedural proof in a criminal case. Proposals have been made to update the norms of criminal procedure legislation.
