Problems of application of testamentary refusal in the inheritance law of Russia

The author considers the basic concepts, principles and essence of testamentary refusal in the Russian Federation. The rights of refuseniks and heirs are specified. The main problems of the application and implementation of the testamentary refusal are investigated. The methods that can improve the application of testamentary refusal in the country are listed. The author gives concrete examples with problems of law enforcement on testamentary refusal and suggests ways to solve such problems.
