Problems of attracting investments in the economy of Kabardino-Balkarian Republic

The paper deals with interdependence between the objects of investments and the methods of investment. The essence and necessity of estimation of the investment appeal of region are considered. Using the data of social and economic development of Kabardino-Balkaria the author judges upon the level of the republican investment appeal. The author attempts to define the factors that influence on the investment activity in Kabardino-Balkaria and suggests some recommendations about effectiveness of investment policy.
