Problems of bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of the procedure of state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions with it

The article is devoted to revealing the problems arising from the involvement of the physical, legal and officials to administrative responsibility under Art. 19.21 the administrative code. The author analyzes the current practice on the matter, a number of proposals to overcome the identified problems.
