Problems of the procedure of seizure of land for the state and municipal needs in the Russian Federation

In this article authors investigate some questions connected with seizure of land for the state and municipal needs. In work the mechanism of seizure of land for public needs is studied. Measures for improvement of the procedure of seizure of land for public needs are proposed. Authors proved need of introduction of amendments to the Russian land legislation regarding a regulation of the procedure of seizure of land. As a result of a research the possible wording of new article of the Land code of the Russian Federation is offered.
