Problems of the interest rate policy of the bank of Russia at the current stage

In this article, the author studies problems that are typical for the central bank’s ongoing interest rate policy in the current conditions. Today the Bank of Russia pursues moderate and rigid monetary policy and keeps interest rates at a relatively high level. On the one hand, it helps to reduce inflation rate, however, on the other hand, decreases credit activity of economic entities.
