Problems of professional adaptation of lecturers in distance learning system

Some issues of adaptation of university lecturers in an information educational environment and a distance learning system are considered herein. The author presents the main difficulties encountered by the lectures when using distance learning technologies and substantiates the ways how to overcome them.
