The article is devoted to the actual problems existing today in the system of prevention for one of the most dangerous and illegal processes - involving minors in committing crimes and antisocial actions. The author actualizes aspects of the use for preventive measures and the author’s opinion concerning the improvement of the mechanism for protection minors and prevention of their involving.
