Management by objectives - an effective way to impact on the economy. It allows you to connect into one system priorities, resources and mechanisms of action. In the practice of public administration of the Russian Federation, management by objectives is implemented through the Federal targeted programs. Despite a fairly long period of development ofprogram management in Russia, its use is associated with a number of problems.
