Problems of interpreted consumer loans in Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the problem of the appearance of overdue debts of the population on consumer loans. The assessment of the current state of the consumer lending market in Russia is given. The main reasons of non-payment of debt by citizens in due time are considered. The main methods of collection of overdue debts by banks and credit institutions are also described.
