Problems of psychological well-being of law enforcement employees in the course of professional activities

The problem of psychological well-being of OVD employees is extremely significant and urgent under professional working conditions. It is established by the results of our survey (asking the OVD workers several questions), according to which they are dissatisfied with the existing social and legal protection. Besides, the psychological emotional situation revealed is tense. It is ascertained that there is interrelation between the level of individual's psychological space sovereignty and the level of subjective prosperity. It's especially important to create optimal environment in order to develop and support the psychological space sovereignty. The level of sovereignty can be considered as OVD workers' psychological well-being indicator.
