The article is dedicated to the postulate conception of the Christian worldview as the basis for the formation of the identity of European culture. The authors discuss the content of such a category of philosophy as an ideological program, which is an organic unity of the theoretical worldview and social technologies for its realization. The paper presents the general analysis of the worldview program, as well as various specific manifestations in modern social technologies. Social networks and their information flows involve more and more people of different nationalities, ages, levels of education, types of worldviews, with a wide variety of interests. The problem is complicated by the fact that modern European culture is in crisis. A crisis is characterized not only by economic and social problems. The crisis of culture is, first of all, the insufficiency of previous worldview programs and meanings, which requires an intensive search for new spiritual bases of culture. This process of rethinking the old fundamental worldview orientations of European culture needs a careful and profound reflection of the underlying Christian values. Since the Bible is the spiritual source of the Christian worldview program, analysis of its main provisions constitutes the most important and necessary part of the creation of a modern worldview program in which religious, philosophical and scientific knowledge must be organically combined.
