Problems of crime detection on the Internet in modern conditions

The article considers the current issues of the spread of new types of crimes on the Internet in the context of the digital transformation of society. The authors analyze new types of crimes emerging on the Internet and propose measures for law enforcement agencies aimed at the detection of these types of crimes. Special attention is paid to the legal and organizational aspects, including the development of legislation in this area, in order to combat cybercrime on the Internet. The article provides an example of a specific situation and the adapted set of measures aimed at solving a particular crime.
