Problems of resolving linguistic and legal conflicts

The conflictogenic potential of linguistic units is analyzed and the significance of the pragmatic and connotative components of lexical and grammatical meanings in the formation of a linguistic-legal conflict is proved. It is emphasized that even obscene vocabulary finds advocates who focus on the ability to channel aggression. It is concluded that the conflictogenicity of a language unit is not constant.
