Problems of human capital development in the agricultural sector of the Krasnoyarsk region

At present, the geopolitical aspect of the development of rural areas, which consists in the territorial integrity of the country, its political stability, and food security, is becoming increasingly important. This approach is impossible without the development of human capital. According to the authors, the features of the development of human capital in the agricultural sector are directly related to its specific working conditions, seasonality and uneven workload over the periods of the year, unskilled labor, low wages, and the need to possess special knowledge. In this regard, the study proposes to systematize the components of human capital, such as the capital of health, education, cultural, moral and entrepreneurial, labor and intellectual capital. The proposed methodology allows us to analyze the conditions affecting the development of human capital, identify the features of the development of human capital in the agricultural sector and develop recommendations for the development of human capital in the Krasnoyarsk Region, depending on the presented typology.
