Problems of development of stock market of the Russian Federation

In this paper we consider the problem of the Russian stock market. Noted the most pressing to be solved in the short term. Authors specify that one of problems is the legislation which does not give the chance to the regulator effectively to constrain a manipulation the prices in stock market. The second problem is the underdeveloped forward stock market. As a result of the conducted research authors come to a conclusion that the stock market of the Russian Federation has a number of the imperfections exerting considerable impact on its functioning today. The problems designated above speak about need of change of regulation of activity of securities market at the legislative level.
