Problems of development and the existence of the Russian youth organizations (on the example of organizations of Perm krai)

The paper presents an analysis of the problems of development of Russian youth public organizations on the example of youth associations of the Perm region. The characteristics of youth organizations are described. Their main directions are highlighted. As a result, three blocks of problems have been identified: inefficient mechanisms of state support of organizations (underdeveloped legislative framework, «loaded» bureaucratic apparatus of official registration of organizations), which entails inequality in resource provision, which affects the motivation of young people to participate in youth organizations.
