The issues of institutional environment development of public-private partnership in Moscow

The article describes the state of institutional environment of public-private partnership in Moscow. In particular, the author analyzes the regional legal and regulatory framework, identifies the main challenges and basic directions of the institutional environment development. Based on the implementation of some public-private partnership projects the paper suggests a classification of public-private partnership models in Moscow.
