Problems of development tools of environmental regulation in the system of ensuring economic safety of subjects of the Russian Federation

The article discusses the key problematic aspects of the development of environmental regulation tools related to understanding the nature of the planetary environmental crisis in its specific manifestations at the national and regional levels. The notions of possible ways to overcome it through a combination of global and national measures are formulated.
