Problems of the development of the personnel potential of monocrides on the example of carboning cities

The article discusses the problems of the high rate of closure of mining enterprises contributed to the massive release of personnel and a deep crisis in single-industry towns. The focus on issues of getting out of depression and the subsequent adaptation of coal enterprises to current market conditions is associated with qualitative changes in the processes of making sound strategic decisions, the impact of global trends and the functional features of the fuel and energy complex with high and stable demand for coal.
