Problems of the development of public infrastructure in the regions of Siberia and the Far East

The article presents data on the state of the communal structure of the regions under consideration, noted the negative environmental situation in most large cities, which negatively affects their socio-economic development. Problems caused by stove heating in a number of low-rise urban areas are also noted. A successful example of the transfer of private households to electric boilers is given. It is pointed out to a high accident rate of thermal networks, which is associated with their poor physical condition. It is said about the problem of unprofitability of energy supplying enterprises and ways of solving this problem are proposed. The factors of the decline in the standard of living of the population are given and the importance of state support for infrastructure projects in the regions of the Siberian Federal District is noted.
