Problems of the rule-of-law state development in Russia

The article highlights the issues of notion formation of the rule-of-law state in Russia. The conditions for the formation of rule-of-law state are reviewed. Particular attention is paid to the principle of the division of powers in relation to the Russian Federation. The reasons for delay in Russia's progress Russia on the path of rule-of-law are analysed. The problem of creating a system of political, legal and other safeguards, the formation of mechanism of the implementation of the legislation is reviewed.
