Transport infrastructure development in "Kutuzovskiy" district of Odintsovo city (Moscow region) and its impact on Odintsovo district authorities image (Moscow region)

The article determines the role of commercial developers and the state in shaping transport infrastructure and social environment in Odintsovskiy region. It presents the results of factors, conditions and problems study of the transport infrastructure development in "Kutuzovskiy" district (Odintsovo city, Moscow region). The author reveals the ways of solution of the given problem by changing the legislation on local self-government in the Russian Federation, as well as ministry and department regulations. The author offers certain ways of conducting sociological studies, drawing public attention to positive changes, changing information policy, and undertaking recreational activities.
