Problems of development of the legislation of the Russian Federation on ideological and political diversity

The article deals with issues of political and ideological diversity in the Russian Federation, the need for political pluralism in a democratic state. The article also addresses the problem of enshrining the principle of ideological pluralism in the norms of federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
