Problems in the implementation of administrative responsibility of minors

This article is devoted to the analysis of problems arising in the process of realization of administrative responsibility of minors. During the work, the relevance of the problem under consideration was identified, the work of various authors on this topic was studied, the main types of offences committed by minors were studied, the main problems of bringing minors to administrative responsibility were studied and measures aimed at solving them were proposed.
