In the article some of the most problematic aspects of implementation of audio mandated recording in the courts of general jurisdiction are reflected. There are the following aspects: employees of the court have lack of sufficient skills to operate the equipment, providing audio mandated recording; specialists in the office of the court have lack of motivation; lack of control over the implementation and use of system audio mandated recording; lack of local regulations. The conclusion was drawn that problems have more organizational and technical character and are surmountable.
