Problems of implementation of youth policy at the municipal level and some ways of their solution (on the example of Kirzha city of the Kirzha district of the Vladimir region)

The publication discusses certain problems of the implementation of youth policy at the municipal level on the example of the city of Kirzhach, Kirzhach district, Vladimir region. It is stated that despite a number of achievements and, in general, positive dynamics in the functioning and implementation of youth policy, as well as significant amounts of its financing, there are a number of problems in the implementation of youth policy in the city of Kirzhach. Identified problems and contradictions in the field of youth policy management in the city of Kirzhach require the implementation of a package of measures to solve them.
