Problems of policy implementation of working capital management of construction company

The article is devoted to the implementation of the policy of working capital management. Working capital in the framework of this article discusses the point and presented in the form of stocks. Conducted stock assessment methods ABC-analysis and XYZ-analysis. Based on the study of the sources of working capital construction companies the author concluded that the investment of funds in current assets construction companies have high risk in nature. It is proved that in spite of the stable indicators of financial stability in the future, the company may lose its position because of the worsening payment discipline of counteragents and irrational policy of formation of reserves. It is concluded, the system of management of circulating assets of construction companies should be focused on reducing the amount of investing funds in high-risk assets with the redistribution of investments in assets with a high degree of liquidity.
