The problems of implementation of the decisions of the European Court on Human Rights in Russia

The article is devoted to the investigation of the procedure for implementing the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in the territory of Russia. Based on the provisions of international and internal sources of law, the following conclusion is drawn: it is necessary to adopt a normative act regulating legal relations arising in the examination of complaints and appeals of citizens in the international court of Strasbourg and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
